I’m sorry to hear that you have lost electricity and water. I feel bad for you and your mom but now you know what the people in Ukraine are going through with the war that Putin started.

Did you know that they are conscripting men and boys from The Villages and Countryside but not from the big cities like Moscow and St Petersburg? The people in the big cities have no idea that almost 1,000 Russians are being killed and wounded every single day and that the war is going very badly. 

I think only when the people in the big cities start to suffer will there be any chance that the war comes to an end. Putin is worse than Stalin. He only cares about money and power and trying to reestablish the old Soviet union. He does not care how many people die or get injured.

And the promises that are made to give compensation to families of people who are killed or wounded are just lies. I feel sorry for all the poor families who are losing their sons and husbands but this is what happens when the nation supports a dictator and gives up on democracy.
